Hotel Policies

• The Hotel Paisano is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We offer a free cancellation up to 3 days before the expected check in date, not including holidays, 3 day weekends and special events. If cancelled within 3 days before, the cancellation fee will include room and tax for the first night reserved.
• For holidays, 3 day weekends and special events, you must cancel 7 days before your check in date. If cancelled within 7 days before, the cancellation fee will include room and tax for the first night reserved.
• If you DO NOT SHOW and DO NOT CANCEL your reservation with us, you will be CHARGED for the first night's stay per room. Any additional nights on the reservation will be immediately cancelled.
• Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM.
• The Hotel Paisano is a non-smoking facility and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in any room, however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• The Hotel Paisano does accept pets, there is a $40 plus tax charge per day per pet.
• Rollaways and Cribs are available, $10 charge plus tax per night. Not all rooms can accommodate a rollaway, please check with the front desk.
• There is no elevator on the premises.
• All guest room keys must be returned to the front desk, there will be a $35.00 plus tax charge for any lost or unreturned keys.  Additionally, all room charges must be paid at check out.
• While we do strive to provide you with luxurious accommodations and amenities, any damage to the room or theft of items will incur an automatic charge to your account.
• Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are not transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
